[IC/OOC] Aspects Documents

Please note, the aspects forum topic is now closed.

To input your aspects, please log into Furcadia and type *managesite. This will give you a link to log into The Golden Tether's website, where you can use the "Manage aspects" link to input your aspects and submit them for approval.

Once they've been approved, you can then use *importaspects to import your aspects into the game.

Even if your aspects have previously been approved in this topic, please make sure to also input them on the website.

For those wishing to participate in the Aspects System for the Arena Battle Dice, reply with your stats to this thread.
WHEN CREATING YOUR ASPECTS DOCUMENTS READ OVER THESE GUIDELINES CAREFULLY.

READ FIRST:
  • -Characters are allowed 5 Aspect points to use. These points are used in Strength, Stamina, Speed, Armor, or Weapons. NOT ALL OF THESE POINTS HAVE TO BE USED. Be realistic with using them. A well trained fighter can have less than 5 points, while untrained will typically have 0 points or rely on weapons or armor.
    - Non violent characters should use 1-2 points generally. Violent characters that can stand toe to toe with a trained gladiator should take five points, and characters that are violent, but not necessarily one of the best fighters should use 3-4 points as a guideline.
    -Maximum points per Aspect is 3.
    -An average furre/human would have an aspect of 0.
    -If your character is unskilled somewhere they will have a NEGATIVE Aspect. READ OVER THE GUIDELINES ABOVE.
    -Having an aspect of 3 means your character is likely some type of supernatural being which would be likely to have incredibly high stats OR there is some sort of magical intervention. Not everyone is going to have a single aspect that is 3. Please be realistic when posting your aspects.
    -Do not use all of your Aspect Points, if your character is on the average side you may only need to use 3 or 2. Let's be realistic with using the points.

    -Please justify why your characters have the points that they do. Thank you.
    -ALL ASPECTS WILL BE READ OVER, IF THE RULES AREN'T FOLLOWED YOUR ASPECT DOCUMENT WILL BE REMOVED.
    -Details on the Dice System found here and must be read if you are going to be posting Aspects. We have a helpful Automated Battle System, feel free to do a walk-through, it is quite helpful!
    -Aspects that are not used for two months will be cleaned from the Tether's system and must be re-added if you wish to fight.

    -Your Aspects must be posted here to be put into the Automated Fighting system.

Explanation for Points:
Strength: Average strength.
Speed: Average speed.
Stamina: Average stamina.
Weapon(s): Primary weapon. Magical weapon. Inflicts pain of various degrees depending on how it is used. Similar to the Agiel in the Sword of Truth series. The effects, however, can be long lasting and depending upon the placement (pressure, how she twists her wrist) depends upon how much damage is dealt. It is possible for her to exert little effort and cause massive amounts of bruising. The weapon is used similar to a bludgeoning weapon but she will thrust as if the baton were a sword. Siena relies heavily on this weapon as she isn't a well trained fighter.
Secondary weapons. Dual bull-whips, made of high quality leather. Capable of cutting bare flesh and choking. Best used at a distance yet useless up close.
Armor: Full body leather, chain, and helm. More details TBA.

Swash is naturally agile due to her species (+1 speed), and through years of training and fighting has strengthened her body (+1 strength). Because she enjoys overcoming adversity, Swash has specifically trained her body to sustain a lot of damage without letting it affect her actions... until out of combat (+2 stamina). This training has allowed her to fight opponents who would otherwise be much tougher than she is.
She dislikes wearing armor, finding it clunky and impeding. Instead, she uses the weapons that come naturally to her (+1 antlers or hooves), along with a simple staff that's not too hard to wield (+1 staff). She has recently taken to using a lasso to bind her opponents and slow them down (+1 lasso).

Explanation for Points: Strength is low since she does no weight lifting or hard work. Speed is low since she is large even for her own kind. Stamina is a little high since she can take the hits since she was hit while in the breeding stables growing up. She owns teeth and claws so yes, she has weapons. And since she doesn't fight that much, she is normally in thin or no clothing, meaning no armor.

Strength: After she was bitten and turned, the wolf within grants her human counterpart more strength than the average human/mortal.
Speed: Madeleine is a trained hunter/mercenary, therefore, her speed would be faster than the norm, coupled with her beast counterpart which granted her more agility.
Stamina: She can take hits like no ones business and has a very high threshold for pain given her previous occupation.
Weapon(s): When it all comes down to it, the red-head would rather fight unarmed, preferring to use her fists and feet to knock her opponent senseless.
Armor: None is worn except a simple corset which is tightly fitted to her form to allow her faster movement, yet it should be noted that it does not really protect her flesh.

Speed: In this form, she is taller and heavier with significantly more muscle mass which would slow her down. However, given that she is slightly smaller than her kin and more sleek/toned, she is still agile to a degree.
Stamina: The wolf has a mind of its own with almost an endless amount of energy and a VERY high pain tolerance. This monster is only out for one thing, blood.
Weapon(s): Very sharp teeth and even sharper claws, but other than that the wolf is unable to use any weapon; preferring to try and tear its prey limb from limb.
Armor: None.

In cold situations, Temeroso's speed drops down to -2 (without armor), and -3 (armored).

Description.

Strength: He is a half dragon creature with a strong and powerful build, his large muscles and frame give him a natural strength that easily outmatches humans and other creatures.

Speed - While large, he can move with enough strenght and purpose to compensate. He is no faster or slower than the average creature.

Stamina - His half dragon consitution means he is tougher than the average human without effort and can shrug off blows that might disable another.

Weapon - He has claws on the end of each finger that are very sharp, although short in lenght. Also teeth and a spined tail.

Armour - His dragon scales offer a good level of protection, far more than a normal cold blooded creature due to the unnatural nature of dragons and the properties of their bodies. Dragon scale armour after all is well known for its protective abilities.

Strength: Due to his obscenely malnourished figure, he doesn't have much muscle.
Speed: Agile and flexible body with excellent reflexes.
Stamina: Very high pain tolerance and actually enjoys pain to a twisted degree-- he would adapt to the situation even if he had a limb hacked off.
Weapon(s): He fights unarmed, however he uses claws, teeth and horns and bony protrusions to his advantage.
Armor: Nothing but the fur and skin on his hide. It's also notable that while in this form he lacks any sexual extremities, therefore still remaining decent despite being nude.

Demihuman in appearance and fights like a semi-sentient beast.

His bones are thick and don't easily crack and due in part to his own will power and the amount of adrenalin his body produces during his fights he can loose a large amount of blood before passing out. On top of this specialised training has extended his endurance.]

Espionage adept turned scout, a gatherer of information out for himself. Tangled-looking black hair tinted with brown fell around those cunning grey eyes, while a short-trimmed beard and moustache added to his rugged look. Well-built of form, signs of a combatant's life hung around his neck - tarnished 'tags. His right hand rendered useless, the fingers crooked from an old wound. An off-white shirt half-undone was worn under a long wool tailcoat while snug pants tucked into stiff riding boots. Silver-tongued survivor.

This combination grants him a heightened endurance and agility, giving him an almost feline way of movement paired with the strength of training and his build.

*Invective is 28 feet of all-muscle snake coils, weighing in at well over a thousand pounds. When he puts all that muscle and weight into a blow, he can do some serious damage.

His overall length makes for a huge target, however, and hauling all that bulk around can hardly be done in a fast or sudden manner. Invective suffers a major (-2) speed penalty.

Explanation for Points:
Strength: Supernatural demon with increased strength and prowess due to granted powers from a higher being. As well as he is a former military man and keeps a rigorous daily physical exercise and martial arts practice routine.
Speed: Weapons and lack of grace slow him down. Weapons are heavy ans swing slowly and do not allow room for agility.
Stamina: Once again, former military man who rigorously keeps up his physique. Because he uses such large and heavy weapons he has trained himself to take a hit rather than dodge them. His body is as unmovable as his disposition.
Weapon(s): Primary- A large Sledgehammer, and a large War-hammer often used simultaneously.
Secondary: Fists and/or claws. Trained boxer and kickboxer, knows how to use his fists effectively and deliver a hard blow.
Armor: Primary: None, often fights in tunic and trousers.
Secondary: Used only when unarmed, light leather with thin metal plates.

Strength: He's spent years of his life manning the oars of a longship. Those things are heavy as shit, and require repetitive lifting and heaving. He also worked the helm, which was similarly heavy and unwieldy.
Speed: After what must have been six months, his knee is starting to recover from the hammer to the cap. It aches in the cold, but luckily, the island isn't cold!
Stamina: After so many fights in the arena and on the battlefield, he's developed a high tolerance for pain. Also a big dude, and not easily knocked down.
Weapon: Either whore ripper, a folded steel weapon of good quality, or the big three headed axe affectionately labelled "Dragon cock". If using a shield, the heavy steel rim and boss also count for a weapon if bludgeoned with, like a battering ram.

Explanation for Points:
Strength: With size, comes strength. Xorath is around 8 feet tall, and stronger than average by default. Magic passively reinforces his flesh, including the sinews of his muscles. This makes the wolf capable of incredible feats. Lifting rocks as large as himself, or striking hard enough to exceed his own body's durability are within the realm of possibility. This same property can account for high stamina as well.

Speed: While large and muscled, Xorath is quite coordinated, agile, and his body is trained well. Rather than dodge, he uses what light armor he has in conjunction with battle experience to help make sure his weapons, body, and armor are in the right places to minimize damage or catch opponents by pressuring them into being where he needs them to be.

Stamina: Size comes into play yet again, but the wolf's stamina has more to do with his high pain tolerance and love for battle. Magical nature makes his flesh resistant to damage from blunt or slashing instruments as well.

Weapon(s): Natural weapons are dense and magically reinforced. On par with a standard steel weapon. The wolf also uses a large, heavy longsword with normal properties.

Armor: A simple gauntlet on Xorath's right arm helps protect him from attacks.

*For all purposes, she's entirely average when it comes to strength. She trains both in battle and dancing activities to keep her body in shape and strong.

*She's a trained assassin and dancer, both of which involve a higher than average speed.

*With a history as an assassin she has learned to be able to take quite a bit of damage before crumpling. Moreso, if she's hit hard enough and enough times it will send her into a berserker rage of sorts if the situation is particularly irritating.

Strong boar like features and larger-than-average size.
Speed: 0
While being large, he isn't necessary faster than most. He has his moments but in the ring its mostly brawn, not speed.
Stamina: 2
Hit Points [30+(7xStamina)]: 44
Tough hide, strong resistance to pain, and a near berserker like quality to him gives her amplified toughness towards hits, absorbing the blows and the otherwise healthiness of him. Boars are known to have incredibly thick, hard to penetrate, hide.

Strong tusks are worn down a little, but still quite sharp and long. More than your average weapon.
Second wep: 1 - Teeth are sharp but not as good as his tusks in a weapon standpoint.
**Armor: +1 from level 3
Reason: Wild boar is known to have very tough skin. Enough to stop arrows or to at least shrug them off.
(Despite having the tough hide he does not have any 'Unnatural' defenses.)
