Body Type: Scrawny and gangly, though quite short
Physical Details (Hair/Eyes/Skin/Etc): To put it simply, he has black hair, lightly tanned skin, greenish eyes and orange feline ears. His tail is black and ends with a burnt orange tip that matches his ears. In feline form he is black, with burnt orange ears/tail tip, green eyes and tawny paws.
Physical Markings: None
Physical Drawbacks: Being as scrawny as he is, he's not very strong.
Current Inflictions: He is mentally challenged, which causes him to pick up language and academic things very slowly.
Physical Defenses: Very fast, claws and teeth can hurt if scratched or bitten.
Appealing Attributes and Attraction: His sweet temper can be very endearing, and he's mostly obedient- when he's paying attention.
Clothing: Only a pair of white briefs, he feels awfully constricted in clothing and tends to freak out/refuse to wear more.
Other Items on Person: He wears a striped green and white hat, and carries around an empty glass bottle and a wind up mouse, which he often asks others to wind up for him- since his fumbling hands can't quite manage it.
Behavior
Feral or Cultured: Both, for he acts incredibly feline even when in human form, though is technically a 'cultured' species.
Phobias: Canines, being alone and being trapped (inc. wearing restrictive clothing)
Disorders: Very slow mentally, short attention span and attitude of a cat
How do they present themselves: Not very elegantly. He doesn't seem to pick up on his situation so doesn't make much of an effort to act accordingly. While others might bow and beg, he'll just sit there and chatter on quite cheerily.
Feelings towards being owned/rented: He doesn't seem to have picked up the fact he's a slave, so he'd probably just go along with whatever is thrown his way.
Overall Attitude: Think of your average hyperactive kitten, and throw in a pinch of confusion and clumsy cuteness.
Quirks: Feline actions and behaviour, and small mental capacity.
Hobbies/Interests: Elect likes to make music using the empty bottle by flicking it, and humming. He also enjoys getting others to wind up his mouse and chase it.
High or Low Maintenance: Low Maintenance, treat him as you would a child, though of course he isn't- all that is meant by this is keep an eye on him, and a firm hand ready.
Diet/Allergies: He'll eat pretty much anything that's given to him, and especially likes jerky.

General Information
Character Description: An unfortunate victim of science. The boy had been created to be the Cheshire Cat of Wonderland, but in a spectacular mix-up ended up with the mentality of the naive girl, Alice. To the naked eye, he looked like any other neko- and certainly acted like one, though he had a little trick up his sleeve- he could transform into a feral cat. Such promise and talent, bestowed on a boy with subnormal intelligence and little learning capacity, though he did try. He wore nothing but white briefs and a striped hat, you could even go so far as to say he was mad.
