Physical Appearance

Body Type: Willowy, tall and slender

Physical Details: Much of her appearance is attuned to the moon, and changes from black to white depending on its phase - however, due to the magic-restraining bonds of the Tether, she is kept in her New phase, and thus has black hair, pure white skin and completely black eyes.

Physical Markings: Inconstant black markings in the shape of curling, flowing lines. They begin on her shoulders and thighs, and end at her wrists and ankles respectively, They are prone to fading into her skin, before gradually appearing once more as time passes.

Physical Drawbacks: Susceptible to sudden changes of light, vulnerability to heat

Appealing Attributes: Her skin glows, giving off a light similar to moonlight. She's quite pretty, aesthetically, can turn into pretty animals at night and is really good at providing lightshows.

Clothing: A black shroud similar to one used for burial, but it only hangs to her knees, and is rather tattered at the ends. It covers her to her neck, with rough holes for her arms.

Feral or Cultured: Cultured

How do they present themselves: Calm, somewhat passive, not inclined to action - prefers to sit back and watch, and is clearly content doing so. Something of an airhead, occasionally out of touch with her surroundings.

Feelings towards being owned / rented: Nothing strong, actually. She accepts her situation as a reality she cannot escape, but she is fairly curious as to how the whole system works, and holds a rather longterm view that, after a few centuries, she'll probably be free again.

Overall Attitude: That of someone willing to wait for freedom, and also out of touch with the world around her. Somewhat optimistic, curious, and fairly lost - but willing to learn and not inclined to panic about the sudden changes.

Quirks: She has an excellent singing voice, but doesn't sing anything with actual words - give her a song with lyrics to sing and it'll turn into soothing, wordless hymn whether you want it or not. She prefers moonlight to darkness, and darkness to any other form of light, which means she holes up in dark places when kept inside. She talks to the moon (even through several feet of a stone ceiling) as if it's sentient and can hear her.

Hobbies / Interests: She's fond of singing, and just as fond of learning about the world around her - almost anything will catch her interest. She also wants to learn how to read, though given her current status it's unlikely she'll get her hands on a book any time soon.

High or Low Maintenance: Relatively low, doesn't really need to be constantly accompanied or taken care of.

Diet / Allergies: No allergies, she only eats normal food for the taste of it - she thrives on moonlight, but can handle long periods without absorbing it.

General Information

Character Description: Unmarked white skin - not pale, or cream, but the white of a blank page, and glowing faintly - and wide white eyes single the woman out. Her ears are delicately pointed, and she is clothed in a black shroud - a ragged garment that hangs to her knees, and gives away no curves to speak of. There is a metal collar on her neck, making her current status quite clear. Elusive black markings twine down her arms and legs, curling around her wrists and ankles, though they fade in and out erratically. The last, as well as the faint silvery light she produces, reveal what she is - a moon wraith.
