General Information
Character Description:A delicate little creature that looked uncomfortable in it's own lovely skin. Flesh so pale it was almost white with pearl colored scales visable in various spots, covering that long dragons tail, along her spine and out over her hips and shoulders. Strange feline features mixed in with pointed soft ears, set just beneath a set of horns that curved back along her skull and out to a sharp tip. White hair often decorated with thin chains and jewels as well as pastel colored ribbons, the length reaching mid thigh and tied off between shoulder blades to braid the rest of the way down, and settled between a pair of wings. Wings that were completely useless and looking like mere flesh covered bone, chains jewels and ribbons twisting around the useless limbs. (A picture to come will better show this)
