Explanation for Points:

Strength: Lovec is a supernatural being and as such is naturally a bit stronger than the average mortal. The pact he made for more power has been distributed evenly, bumping this aspect up a notch.

Speed: Already quick footed, Lovec loved to run and race before his change. The trickster held this trait about himself higher than all others and aimed to improve on it before the demon inside was brought out. Speed was spiked up considerably with enough training.

Stamina: Just a bit higher than the average mortal, this is derived from Lovec's desire to cause and feel pain, higher pain tolerance than most others.

Weapon(s): Primary weapon: A dagger affectionately named 'Spine Ripper', blade is forged of strong steel and cruel with notches cut into it. When used appropriately, it's easily assured a successful stab will be brutal and painful.

Explanation for Points:

Doreen is an extremely violent character with an inherent magical ability, and comes from a warrior culture. She fights unarmed and without armour, relying on speed and energy in combat.

Strength: Doreen is a mage-type dealing with blood magic, and her hands and feet are magically charged when she is in combat. The entirety of this potent magical energy is focused on these points, allowing for harder hits with a residual effect; the effects are similar to strong electric shock, and may prove to be excruciatingly painful. (Note: this does not mean she's casting any spells, it's nothing more than focused energy. I was going to put this down as a primary weapon, however I was advised to put these points into the strength category, as it is a purely physical aspect.)
Speed: She's 4'11, of extremely slight frame that is built only for agile and flexible maneuvers. Her tail lends some balance, as well. Doreen's speed is her primary defense, and she relies on it for evasiveness.
Stamina: Very limited stamina, owing to her need to move quickly, as well as for the toll the use of her magic takes on her.
Weapon(s): None, aside from her charged hands and feet.
Armor: None. Being that her speed is her only defense, she would not wish to weigh herself down in any way.

Secondary Weapon: +3 - When the magic nulling bracers are removed, Fancy is capable of utilizing her Asura abilities and coating her fists in magical flames to deal three-times as much damage.

Asura Information: Essentially a demon out of buddhist beliefs, they were malevolent spirits that formed from mankind's sin, such as greed/wrath/pride, etc. Fancy is part Asura, thus granting her various supernatural abilities, one of them being fire manipulation. So, essentially, shes using this fire manipulation to coat her fists in flames and do burn damage as well as physical damage to her opponents.

Stamina: Being not as sturdy in her human form means she's not going to last as long in a fight as her wolfy counterpart, but she's got grit to take quite a few hits.

Stamina: After a long lifestyle of violence, and experience in dire circumstances (including those which push the limitations of a mortal body), he's earned the sand to take hits, shake off pain and soldier on.

Speed: Her kind are incredibly flexible and speedy, primarily in the air, but when grounded quite often use their wings to aid in quick, sudden movements. Again, she possesses this naturally, but has not specifically trained it beyond that.
Stamina: Having only just taken an interest in training she had not yet prepared her body for combat.
Weapon(s):In humanoid state, she will carry a dagger strapped to her leg or at her hip if she feels in need of a little extra defense. This is from her vast collection of treasures. In dragon form, a dagger is not needed (and cannot be held for that matter) and is replaced by strong claw and tooth.
Armor: She will only wear light leathers at best, to maintain her swiftness, so not enough to keep her protected should she be hit hard.

Strength: Considerably weaker compared to some, given that the bird is small in size, weight, and muscle mass. Having hollow bones also leaves her a little more fragile, but what she lacks in strength is made up in stamina and sheer determination.
Speed: A small size and hyper-reflexive response system allow for the puffin to be quick and agile on her webbed feet, a skill that has been fostered with rigorous training due to the inability to fly. However, while the prosthetic leg doesn't restrict her general agility, it has made her noticeably slower in movement.
Stamina: While her speed has been lessened, the presence of the prosthesis has encouraged the bird to boost up her stamina in order to compensate and manage with the extra weight on her body.
Weapon(s): The dagger is of simple steel; average quality, but well maintained.
The harpoon is her main weapon; sturdy, strong, and unlikely to break, given that it was crafted with the idea of hunting whales.

Strength: He's worked with his hands his whole life, grew up on a farm and pretty much had to do all the hard work since he was a youngin' thanks to an abusive father figure so he's extremely well built and thanks to his demon blood he has no problem keeping himself in excellent physical condition.
Speed: Built of lean muscle, on the farm he had to get the tough jobs done and get them done fast. He spent plenty of time running around like a chicken without a head. He's also a flyer, meaning he's got good agility.
Stamina: He spent most of his life getting his ass kicked for one reason or another, the boy has no qualms about getting hit. Also the whole workin' on a farm bit. Good stuff
Weapon(s): He doesn't use them, save for his claws, but I didn't think that warranted a stat point.
Armor: None

I'll be adding stats for his demon form when it manifests its self, but that probably won't be for along while as it's currently dormant.

Basically Telelia is one of those marauding highwaymen-esque trained character- as in Speed or Agility and Weapon are going to be the biggest aspects as she's 'get in-get out' in fights. Therefore:
Speed is a plus 2 to reflect this- she is quick, sneaky, hits and hopes it strikes gold. Failure isn't an option if one is banking on one-hit-kill type scenarios.
Stamina is a plus 1 to reflect that Telelia has the self-control to shut out pain and other influences of the mind.
Weapon is a plus 2 to reflect her staff- a naginata type weapon [a sword staff]- however simply saying its a naginata does it no justice as the metal isn't from this world [a meteorite metal] The staff is meant for war- complete with blade-spikes among other things- it isn't simply just to channel energies.

Strength: Elsa is note particularly strong, her training capitalized on her speed and intelligence.
Speed: Elsa has always been fast, further training has been done to enhance this, making it her specialty. She has been taught to keep an eye on her opponent's actions, to predict movements, and to turn and dodge on a dime if needed. Of course, there is nothing super natural about her movement.
Stamina: Not trained for this, as well as not having been in enough fights to really develop extra stamina, Elsa is average.
Weapon(s): Trained specifically for duel-styled fights and protection, Elsa uses a rapier and a flintlock pistol. She usually aims to harm, but not cripple or kill opponents. Using a rapier means she can not do slashing attacks, and is at a disadvantage when fighting up close.

Thick, fingerless gloves give her hands ultimate protection in hand-to-hand combat and agility with drawing an arrow in her bow. Her bottoms are made with thick leather. A thigh-sheath around her leg stores her dagger. Boots are also leather and to the knee. Light iron binds the armor, thigh sheath and belt.
Explanation for Points:
Strength: Her strength is average; she has farm-girl toughness.
Speed: Where she lacks in strength she makes up in speed. She is agile since she is so small; she wears light, breathable armor so she isn’t extremely weighed down. Yvienne is nimble and light on her feet since she is also a half-elf.
Stamina: Yvienne has a good hold on stamina because she is a magic user. To produce magicka and create spell after spell uses a great deal of stamina. She has trained for many years to hone this skill.
Weapon(s): Yvienne uses a dagger in combat. Her fists are also strong in leather gloves for a tough hit.

Explanation for Points: Bound to a watch, the woman is more akin to an automaton than human in many cases. She is completely in tune with the watch she so often carries. Should the watch stop ticking, she'll fall down dead. So too will the watch stop if she takes enough damage to cause death. Bringing her back is as simple as winding it up once more. Unfortunately, the more damage she takes, the more quickly the watch will wind down.

Strength: Lilyth's is somewhat below average. She wasn't a particularly strong woman when she was bound to the watch, and that will never change.

Speed: This is where the magic of the watch truly comes in. Already a practiced athlete with her chosen profession, the act of overwinding her watch will key up her reflexes to a fevered pitch. Her mind works more quickly, but she responds to threats on a more instinctual level, moving before she's even had a chance to fully process what has happened. There's no way to disguise it as simple human agility; it's as if she experiences time on a whole other level. That said, her speed (like her other physical aspects) can never increase.

Stamina: Her watch can maintain her through fair amounts of punishment, keeping her from succumbing too quickly to sudden damage.

Weapon(s): A mechanical contrivance that is generally disguised as a cane, bashing enemies is a close second to its primary function as a weather shield. Made of leather, metal, and wood, it is heavier than the usual accessory, and is solid enough to pack a punch. She is rarely without it.

Armor: Fashionable, easy to move in, but her clothing affords no protection.

Strength: In a unique twist, this vampire is not exactly eternally young apparently, as such, he has no more strength than the average mortal other than the fact that he does not tire out as quickly with it, but in terms of an arena fight, it provides no advantage.
Speed: Unlike in his larger form, this form has the advantage of one thing, pure speed. Despite being a vampire with a body at an advanced age, his speed is more than just at the peak of human limits, it goes far beyond natural, it's supernatural. Blink, and one may miss a strike or lose track of where he is in the arena.
Stamina: Despite being 'dead' and being able to live through attacks that would cripple or kill other creatures, he can live through them. Unfortunately, this does not mean he can withstand any more damage than any other mortal. He will be tired out just as easily as others, but likely not outright die.
Weapon(s): A sickle, very much like a gardening sickle, only more reinforced for actual combat. Despite being somewhat suited for combat, it's not refined enough to be considered a highly lethal weapon and is more used to grab limbs and deflect weapons. Outside of the arena it can be used to help with less than noble activities.
Armor: His armor consists of a leather worn over him, strong and yet not overly protective, it protects his head with a hood that can be drawn up and covers each limb along with a 'skirt' over upper legs. This armor is light enough to allow full range of motion and thus, does not inhibit him from keeping his speed as an advantage.

Strength: Simply put, he's about 6'9 420 lbs or so, he's quite strong, being a vampire in a large form. His strength comes from a large body mixed with supernatural strength. His muscles are very bulky and being 'dead' his body can exceed any sort of limit normally placed on any living body.
Speed: This is a weeakness of this form, he's quite large and bulky and thus, presents an easy target. While not the slowest thing in the world, speed won't be helping him much at all in this form.
Stamina: This is a strength for him, he can survive many hits and withstand hits that might be fatal or crippling to others. It borders near the supernatural, but falls short of being considered a 'legendary' feat of sorts.
Weapon(s): His weapon is his body, claws his feet, hands and teeth in his mouth are considered weapons in their own right.
Armor: Unfortunately, having this form means he cannot wear manmade armor easily, as such, he wears no protective covering and is a very presentable target to his opponents.

Strength: He's a werewolf, so his strength is definitely above average. He is a large, burly creature.
Speed: In his wolf form he is heavily built and his speed suffers as a result.

Stamina (extended explanation): Xi's stamina is rooted in a combination of his nature as both a seasoned fighter and werewolf alike.

The general basis for this high stat lies in the specialized training he had endured for many, many years during his time as an arena slave. He posses a heightened threshold attained through harsh preparation of the body to endure physical strain and damage. In addition to this already prepared state I tend to consider the were wolfish 'red mist' concept a large part of his character. Being that they are traditionally blood thirst driven creatures of intense rage and hunger they operate on an out of control level when in wolf form. Xi's ability to take damage and push through depends on the combined physicality and sheer determination of this already enhanced form. In short, his aspects are only improved upon when in this secondary form and the crazed nature of it push him to considerable feats of stamina.

Profile: This enormous winged horse resembled the legendary creatures of Greek myth. This pegasus was exceedingly handsome, in an almost divine nature. Fine, pure white fur evenly grew along every muscle and fiber of his being, well cleaned and groomed. There was no lack of masculinity, every muscle looked and felt well worked from years of toil, and still hid a herculean strength he could call upon when required. Giant of a creature; standing upwards of seven feet with an equally impressive wing span to hoist such weight into the air. While clothing may be worn from time to time, he prefers the lack there of; freely showing off his impressive equine heritage, perhaps this was the first bit of ego many would see. With sharp sea blue eyes, he regarded the world with curiosity and excitement. A joyful and courageous fellow to be around, if a bit over confident. He knew all to well what he was and what he could offer and had no qualms in flaunting it.

Along with a strict diet and personal exercise he follows have further added to his overall strength.
Speed: While weighed down by muscle, his speed advantage comes from his wings, able to either fly outright or use them to catapult himself in short bursts on the ground.
Stamina: With the strength in body came the endurance to weather nature, years of living in many different environments and settings, as well as many healed wounds from personal accidents. As previously stated in the Strength description; a strict diet and personal exercise regime gives him an above average stamina.
