Orobos - Owned. Up for rental.
Posted: Wed Feb 29, 2012 8:21 pm
Basic Information.
Full Name: Orobos - no second name given.
Nickname: Oro.
Name on Identification: Orobos.
Age: Ageless. Lived approximately two hundred and seventy four years.
Gender: Male.
Species: Monkey; baboon.
Sub Species/Breed: Demon.
Physical Appearance.
Physical Details: A big, hulking brute that only had a thick plume of fur as black as night to mildly disguise the bulging row of muscles, long muzzle housed an array of fangs as sharp and as long as daggers - more specially the front canine teeth that were subsequently larger and thicker than the rest. A small, accidental goatee dribbled from his chin, the front of his mouth which turned as slightly olive colour. Eyes as hot as Hell and the epitome of anger held no pupils, only sheer, bright red, and dreadful horns coiled in spirals away from the skull and into deadly tips that pointed forward, ready to impale. Arms, much longer than his legs, were capable of being walked upon like his feral brethren - his legs, which were short in comparison to his body, were shorter than most, which sadly hinder his movement when standing up-right but did not stop his ability to walk. Tail, small and crooked, pointed upward before dramatically bending down into the opposite direction - as if it had been snapped.
Physical Markings: The ends of his appendages, muzzle and tail-tip seem dipped in caramel, other than that, none.
Physical Drawbacks: Big 'n large, not everyone's cup of tea. Like every Baboon he has a hellish temper.
Current Infliction(s): None.
Physical Defenses: Sheer strength, might and size. Horns, knife-like teeth, and claws on his hands and feet.
Appealing Attributes: His strength. Would make a useful bodyguard or means of intimidation. Would make an excellent Gladiator.
Clothing: A pair of flexible, breathable brown cotton-like trousers when in the pens.
Other Items: A full set of a Japanese, Samurai-like armor.
Behavior.
Feral or Cultured: Has the ability to be cultured.
Phobias: Fear of defeat or not being able to achieve. Fear of overly cute objects/people.
Disorders: Anger problems. Blood frenzy.
How do they present themselves: Not very well! Respect is hard to earn from the newly found slave, and insults are slurred out every second word or so. Once respect has been earn, however, they will have a very loyal, competitive demon.
Feelings towards being owned/rented: Loathe, the thought of being under anyone unworthy of his attention will not be met well.
Overall Attitude: Is capable of casual conversation, and friendly banter at times, but the Baboon has an insanely short fuse and makes a deadly and fearful foe - if only he weren't a slave.
Quirks: Often glares instead of looking, has a natural sneer or smug look.
Hobbies/Interests: Decapitation of foes. Humiliating and degrading people. Fighting.
High or Low Maintenance: Medium - can take care of himself but has often finds him in trouble. Long periods of lack of contact will make him aggressive and destructive.
Diet / Allergies: Carnivore, prefers raw meat. Cannot stand the taste of anything sweet.
Abilities.
Language(s) Spoken: Common. Japanese. Mandarin Chinese.
Can they Read/Write: Yes/Yes.
Can your character produce magic: Possibly, if taught. At the moment, no.
Talents/Skills: Fighting, has all the attributes of a warrior. Has an extremely large knowledge of medicine and surgery, as well as poisons and alchemy. Demonic blood means that he can regenerate lost limbs (and his head) if cut off - the process takes a couple of days, and is excruciatingly painful and itchy. His monkey blood is also a very healthy liquid to drink, and doing so can cure most if not all illness and wounds.
Training: Has extensive combat training that he could split a part a foe with his bare hands, but enough medical and surgical practice that he could also sew that very same enemy back up together again.
Other.
Previous Owners: None.
Previous Usage(s): Warrior in a long forgotten Japanese army, doctor for the sick and wounded.
Previous status: General - now shamed and disgraced.
For Rent or to Own: Both, on a rent-to-own basis.
Cost: 10 gold to rent. 100 gold to own.
OOC Info/Notes.
Availability: Pretty much every day.
What are you looking for in a slave/slaver roleplay: A Master/Mistress that will allow Orobos to hone his skills in the Arena with consistent fights. Someone strict, who will take control of his anger issues, but works on a punishment and reward basis.
What are your allowances for your character: Anything. Want to try and pull his arm off? Go for it. But don't expect him to allow it/not react. Want to kill him? Sure, you can try. Just don't expect him not to react appropriately.
Long Term/Short Term: Either or.
General Information.
Character Description: A hellish brute spat back into the moral realm to reek havoc, only to find himself bound by the shackles of slavery. Beastly Baboon held no pupils in his eerie fire red stare, deadly horns spiralled away from his skull with all the twist and turns of the river Nyx. Strong arms did a lot to make up for the short stature of his legs, teeth and claws easily able to render the flesh from bone in one foul swoop. An unstable temperament, but a genius on the battlefield.
