A New Era

It was the end of an era. The earthquake and tsunami wrought destruction on The Golden Tether and it seemed as if it were the End of Days. The damage and loss was widespread, affecting the lowliest slave to the highest noble. For those that were stranded on Guildereim during these frightful days the fate of the Tether seemed unsure. A tsunami followed almost immediately after the earthquake, causing many to go missing and many to die. The bar was gone, the beach washed away, the Underhall flooded and the infirmary buried under rock. Many were trapped by falling debris, some pinned, others trapped in their rooms or fighting to stay alive while poisonous gas slowly seeped in.
Patrons, staff, and slaves alike banded together during this time of strife. They found the missing or the dead, they offered supplies freely and provided aid. They helped repair and rebuild.
It was now the beginning of A New Era, with those that had perished remembered. The Golden Tether soon returned to her days of glory.

WHAT DO WE DO NOW?
November 22, 2012 - November 30, 2012
It was now days after the destruction of both an earthquake and a tsunami that left many missing or dead. The rubble was slowly being cleared but the damage was deep and widespread, it showed both in the physical make up of the establishment as well as on the faces of those that lived within its walls. Even among the pain and the destruction, there were signs of rebuilding. Staff and whatever patrons could help worked tirelessly on cleaning out the bar and finding a way to drawn the water from the Underhall and arena. Wooden beams were placed under sagging ceilings, doorways repaired, and private rooms cleared.
That didn't mean that there wasn't still dangers left behind by the disasters. Treacherous debris could be found in almost every corner including pockets of poisonous gas. The volcano still spouted smoke but did not rumble or threaten to spout hot lava.
UPDATES: (more information available in the summaries below, these may not be included in the emits)
November 30, 2012
Construction had been heavy the last five days and it seemed there were new rooms springing up but were unavailable to the public eye. The water had been completely drained from the underhall, bloated bodies removed, and the debris almost completely cleared. It seemed the Tether was moving on.
November 26, 2012
There was a heavy push searching for the missing as it had been five to six days since disaster struck. The missing had to be found soon otherwise they would be searching for the dead. Ferries were restored and ships had come to Guildereim from the mainland.
November 23 & 24, 2012
Rationing has officially taken place on the Tether. Essential foods are becoming scarce, however many capable staff, patrons, and slaves were gathered to aid in scavenging and hunting for free meat, vegetables or fruit. The search for the missing continues, aided heavily by patrons and slaves searching and clearing debris.
EMITS:
November 30, 2012
With the underhall and arena drained, the old rooms demolished, and the new ones slowly being formed, all that was required was a bit of furnishing. A bevy of servants and contractors could be seen moving through the main hall and off through the smaller hallways with wooden crates of all sizes. Supplies had been pulled off the ships and there was little reason to ration the last few days. It seemed order was nearly restored.
November 28, 2012
With a crash and a rumble it seemed as if there may have been another earthquake. The shaking of the walls and the floors seemed to be isolated to the mainhall, library, and stage. After a few moments of panic it became clear that the crash had come from the construction. Walls and floors had been removed with the careful demolition of the bar. The Tether had also hired mages to help carve out new rooms into the rock walls though nothing was clear as to what was being built.
November 27, 2012
The ships carrying supplies to the Tether arrived late yesterday. Those that needed to leave the island to the mainland could now do so. The ferries were up and running between the small islands for those that lived on Guildereim. Construction at the bar continued and it almost seemed as if the workers were carving new rooms into the mountain.
November 26, 2012
The ferries that went between the islands were partially operational. Those that lived on the outer islands of Guildereim, and were stranded in the establishment, would be able to leave to check on their houses and homes. There was rumour that white sails were spotted on the horizon. By nightfall ships from the mainland would arrive with supplies.
November 25, 2012
There was quite a commotion going on outside. The sound of debris being flung, rocks broken, trees snapped in two, and the very definite roar of a dragon. Siena was in need of a little help it would seem, preferably patrons or slaves of the fighting variety capable of handling ranged weapons.
November 23, 2012
There was a push over the following days for clean up and searching for missing patrons, staff, and slaves. Debris was removed and areas roped off. Wooden beams were placed as support for the sagging ceilings that threatened to collapse. For the last three days there had been no shipments to or from Guildereim. The establishment was isolated.
November 22, 2012
It seemed, for the moment, The Golden Tether was disconnected from the outside world. Any ships or boats that were near Guildereim when the tsunami struck were more than likely destroyed. This put a halt on the shipment of goods, and rationing of food and medical supplies started immediately. Any patrons with medical knowledge were needed over the coming days.
PART TWO
November 21, 2012
The tsunami was caused by an earthquake far off the islands of Guildereim. It devastated anything in its path. Merchant and cargo ships, even passenger and slaving ships were capsized and sinking to the depths of the ocean. The Golden Tether beach was pummeled by water, washing anyone anything and anyone still on the sandy shores. The tsunami flooded the cave where the docks resided, the water rushing into the underhall and infirmary. The force of the wave shook the establishment causing more debris to fall in the already ruined bar; causing the aquarium to crack and leak.
The number of those missing and dead was sure to rise as the Tether shook to its very core.
The following are emits that took place during November 21, 2012:
The main hall was largely cleared of debris over the evening. Large boulders and rocks remained, however the main areas were mostly cleared. Those that were camping at the beach were instructed to return to the atrium. The rubble was cleared from the entrance to the garden where make shift camps were set up, while the stage room was an acting infirmary.
Maniere is needing eight patrons or slaves to aid him in some clean up of camps and debris. There are limited slots, please whisper them. -- If the spots are filled up, we suggest hanging out in the main hall as we may require some help shortly.
Emitted only at the beach: As patrons and staff cleared the beach of its makeshift encampment, something dark and ominous began to swell on the horizon. A sense of horror rose as it approached, a dreadful distant churning. A monstrous wave was approaching; long as the beach itself and high as the cliff face, yawning wide and high as it prepared to engulf the beach.
A massive tsunami struck the cliffs above the beach. The force of the giant wave shook the Tether to its core. Debris, already loose from the earthquakes the day before, fell from the ceiling to litter the floors, crushing furniture and people. The docks were quickly flooded, the beach washed away, the Underhall was filling with water, and the infirmary was long gone. We can only hope those on the beach got out in time.
A rumble can be heard from outside the Tether, followed by the sounds of screaming and rushing water. Patrons in the main hall struggle to avoid any remaining pillars that may be shaken loose, as well as anything floating in the knee deep water emptied from the aquarium. Mind the broken glass or rocks in the water, and definitely do not evacuate to the Beach. Sounds like the earthquake last night might have caused one hell of a Tsunami!
Patrons and Slaves alike were being lead out to the garden - anyone trapped might be assisted by an (NPC) Guard...assuming they were seen. Otherwise, it was up to Patrons to help each other, as well as the wounded, up and out of the Tether! The Main Hall might collapse at any moment.
Gypsium's noticed there are four slaves missing from the damaged secondary cage! They're on the run. Do you know them? (Mini-event done by Gypsium.)
The ceiling in the main hall stayed up, yet beams and rocks had fallen and crushed one of the secondary cages... luckily those slaves managed to escape unscathed and were currently being pursued. NPC Guards and medics were combing through the rubble searching for the injured. (Please note, if we're short on staff or helpers you may say that an NPC medic sees to your characters injury!)
The evening was drawing to a close. Servants, volunteering patrons, and house slaves cleared away the debris and set up ropes around areas now made inaccessible due to the two disasters. Evelyn had relocated to the slavers lounge and the infirmary was officially set up at the stage. The list of the missing was up to forty-two, while eight had been confirmed dead. The private rooms were re-opened, though many rooms were damaged. It felt like the end of days.
PART ONE
November 20, 2012
The earthquake struck both on land and off shore. Only the sense of foreboding announced the destruction on Guildereim. Many were missing, trapped in the debris, if not killed outright from the falling rocks as the cliffs seemed to crumble and rain down on The Golden Tether.
Patrons and staff forced to team up and search for the missing, the injured, and the dead.
The following are dream wide emits that happened during the earthquake that struck Guildereim on the night of November 20, 2012:
A sense of foreboding began to strike many of the Tether patrons for reasons they weren't likely readily understood by anyone. Perhaps now would be a good time to grab a drink to soothe jangled nerves, a few people could join Siena for a teaparty, or grab a slave from the main hall and beat those bad feelings away.
The trembling began, only noticeable in the ripples in people's glasses, the soft clink of metal and glass rattling against one another and dust trailing down in streams from the ceiling. Seconds later the whole of the island began to shake violently, almost enough to rattle the teeth right out of one's skull. A loud cracking noise was heard, the whole place suddenly jerking to a halt as rocks fell from the ceiling inside and thrust out from the ground outside.
People began to flee the interior of the Tether, following the orders of the nearest staffmember to pull their buns out of the metaphorical fire. There was a call from the infirmary by a wellknown reindeer asking for help to evacuate the sick and injured. (Whisper Swash if interested.) When would this come to an end?
Maybe that fire wasn't quite as metaphorical as orginally believed. The first aftershock hit, nearly as strong as the original quake.. and more rocks, dirt, and debri fell from the ceiling. Sink holes opened outside and the interior of the Tether began to fill with smoke. Anyone outside could smell a faintly acrid sulfurous stench
From the relative safety of outside the Tether, though darkness had fallen, the smell of smoke was thick in the air and survivors would begin to be peppered with dirty white ash that fell from the sky like featherlight snow. Houseslaves were running between staff members, relaying as much information as they could. The official evacuation zones seemed to be the *stage and the *beach.
Broken cargo littered the beach and wild animals seemed to be heading for higher ground. All natural noise ceased, though the excited babbling of those crowded into evacuation areas might mask that. A somewhat milder aftershock ripped through the island and then there was only silence. It would likely take till dawn to see the extent of the damage.. What would tomorrow bring?
The dust and ash had cleared over the Tether. The destruction was wide-spread and those that lived off island would have damage to their homes. The bar would be closed until farther notice, patrons would have to have their drinks in the lounge. The garden was covered in debris and it was scattered in the main hall. Make shift camps were being set up at the beach. Tomorrow would bring more information regarding the missing and the dead, yet things were far from over.

OOC Notes & FAQ, PLEASE READ.
Do I have to take part?
This is a dream-wide plot. If you do not wish to take part, please have your character off-island for the duration of the events. This means if your character is here ICly, they will be thrust into the middle of the disaster.
Can I say something happened to my character off island?
If your character owns a house or home on Guildereim, they are likely to be effected by the disaster. Feel free to claim whatever destruction you want, maybe their home is completely destroyed, maybe the damage is minimum.
How do the mini or side events work?
Sign ups are on a first come, first serve basis. There are no pre-determined posting order. You just need to post fast, post often, and make sure to bold names.
Staff didn't reply to my post!
There is a lot going on. They probably missed your post! The best thing is to bold the staffs name in your post and even politely whisper them. If you feel like a staff member is ignoring you on purpose, please contact Management.
I want my character to go missing / to be dead.
PRIVATE MESSAGE SIENA ON THE FORUM. Do not whisper me. I may be busy or unable to add you when you whisper me and may forget later on. If your character goes missing, please message me when they are found, where they are found. All characters are considered missing unless they are actually seen dead. If your character is dead, it needs to stay dead. We'd rather there not be any SURPISE, I AM ALIVE. We plan on having a memorial for those that passed away.
Do I have to be part of the event?
You don't need to take part in the mini-event, feel free to do a private event with friends! Those that have private homes on and around Guildereim will likely be effected due to these events.
Will there be a rescue event for the missing?
We will do some search and rescue events, however due to the very large amount of missing people, this isn't possible for everyone. Feel free to say friends or NPCs found your character.
Will there be arena fights?
ALL ARENA FIGHTS ARE CANCELLED. Stuff is destroyed, currently TGT needs to focusing on finding survivors and repairing the damage.

November 20, 2012 - Earthquake
Bryg and Siena decided to have an impromptu party in the garden with the following patrons in attendance:
Rosby
Xorath Moonborn
Bolverk
Angeline
Not long after the small party started the earthquakes hit and rocks blocked the only exit out of the garden. Rosby was covered in fallen debris, left with a broken arm and ankle. Xorath and Angeline dug him out, Angeline doing her best to keep the Earl calm and collected. Bolverk, being physically unable to help due to age, was just a witness to the events that evening. Siena made sure Rosby was freed and tried her best to keep Bryg calm as the woman went into hysterics. Due to the stress of the situation Bryg went into an early labour and quickly gave birth to a healthy baby boy. Xorath was successful in freeing Rosby, Angeline watched over the birth. Finally a group lead by Raginfrik and Maniere managed to clear the debris and rescued them.

November 20, 2012 - Earthquake
Manky lead a team consisting of Campy, Baukis, Munnokhoi and Zehn to evacuate the main hall and clear the rubble for people to escape.
Sink holes caused the pens to collapse as the slaves were being evacuated, trapping some inside. One of the support beams on the ceiling threatened to trap most of the patrons inside, however it was caught and held up by Manky to allow people to escape, until a hulked out Mashenka came to his aid. The patrons enlisted help to round up the fleeing patrons, and when it was clear that Folktale had been crushed under the debris, they worked together to shift the boulder, with the help of AzKai, and she was freed with just a broken arm and sulphur poisoning.
The noxious gases threatened to kill the mortal Enforcer, and so he escaped to the beach with his group to recuperate, and plans on sending a salvage team to bring back medical supplies, food and fresh water.

November 20, 2012 - Earthquake
Raginfrik and Maniere gathered a team of patrons to rescue those trapped in the garden. Those who assisted were:
Fratercula
Sugary
Baston
Sugary was injured by a fallen rock, and Fratercula received a start when the Tether Librarian, Mortimer, landed on her dead. After some time they were able to break through and help in the birth of Bryg and Raginfrik's son as well as provide some assistance to the Earl of Rosby.
It was decided with several injured patrons and slaves, one newborn, and one sickly new mother that it would be best for the group to camp in the garden overnight until the structure of the Tether settled enough to migrate to the beach.

November 20, 2012 - Earthquake
Laurent and Bocca were on duty at the bar entertaining these patrons:
Covae
Nishanti
Elettra
Blade the Bunny
Sequestered
After the first quake, many large rocks fell from the ceiling crashing between patron and staff. Elettra was pinned beneath the fallen bar and a rock and Blade disappeared after a large rock fell on top her. Bocca directed patrons out of the bar, while Laurent began digging for those who had gone missing. Elettra was recovered and taken to the beach with Bocca and a bunch of alcohol that he couldn't mange to leave. In the process we had some brave patrons come to our assistance to help look for Blade. Durion, Laurent and Operator Olive continued to search for the missing girl. The final after shake caused the wood beneath the bar to collapse further sending those digging into a hole of rock and dust. Once everything had settled, Laurent and Blade were both buried and missing. Covae and Nishanti were shaken by the first quake, but were not hurt, so they left the bar to seek safety upon the beach, but seemed to have gone missing before reaching it. Sequestered was seated next to Blade when the rock fell and recieved an injury, she helped assist everyone with the removal of debris in attempt to find Blade.

by Swash
November 20, 2012 - Earthquake
Swash was able to rescue multiple patients, sick and injured, from the ruins of the infirmary on the night of the earthquake, along with plenty of medical supplies. The rescued patients and supplies were brought to the stage area, which was turned into an impromptu medical area. This would not have been possible without the help of:
Tathnar Kilana
Elliot Marlowe
Cygnus
Missa
Arjun
Khana
It is because of these brave patrons and slaves that many lives were saved, and supplies salvaged. Alas, because of the toxic fumes, it was not possible to save every soul, and many dead bodies still rest in the rubble of the infirmary. If there had been any more survivors, they died swiftly of the smoke that filled the room. Shattered glass and scattered salves, along with fallen rocks from the ceiling, litter the floor of the infirmary, leaving it a hazardous place to venture.
After retreating to the stage and treating the rescued patients there, Jessica Elwood and Sae Yume stumbled into the area, to be treated and to help care for others. Missa ran out to find more survivors; she never returned. Elliot Marlowe went to the private rooms to recover linen and blankets, thus turning the stage into more of a safehaven.

by Meem
21st November 2012
In a valiant attempt to find any survivor's up in the bar area, Meem lead a small group of four (Eyadi, Gem Golem, Mollisol and ZStraken Kavor) up to the bar. They first entered one of the partially blocked off side rooms, only to find themselves trapped inside; the height of one of the Golem's coupled with the push and shove of bodies squeezing through a gap caused it to collapse. Panic and frustration soon ebbed away as they made small survival plans (though the discovery of a dead body did little to lift their morale), managing to survive for a few hours before sulphur gas began to get to them. Just in the nick of time, as Meem was beginning to lose consciousness and the other survivors lose faith- Maniere managed to blast his way through with a search party (NPC's).
Maniere and the horse guards with him took the group toward the stage for medical aid, with Eyadi fully unconscious for a great deal of it- and Meem barely there. Eyadi almost died were it not for the administrations of ZStraken Kavor, and Maniere assured Meem was breathing. The two Golems were of good health, not having been affected by the gas and lack of oxygen as the three breathing creatures.
En route to the garden, the ground shook and Maniere fell- throwing Meem up onto safe ground before falling down into the hole, hanging on for dear life while Meem tried hopelessly to help him, to no avail. Siena discovered the group, and lay down at the edge of the hole, reaching desperately for Maniere while Meem looked on, distraught. By this point, Eyadi had regained consciousness- but was freaked out by the entire scenario. Unable to pull himself up- and with Meem and Siena both too weak to hold his weight, the Afghan plummeted through the hole into the dark and was lost, despite Siena's frantic attempts to haul him back up. With the help of a guard, Meem pulled Siena back from the hole and tried to subdue her, while Eyadi pleaded with her to stop trying to go after Maniere.
They succeeded, and Meem and Eyadi were taken by medics to be checked over- while Siena fled the scene.
- Maniere is on the list of the missing -

November, 21st -- Looting
After the tsunami hit, looters (Ael, Vieda, Vidus, Blanche) took advantage of the chaos and made off with several crates of desperately needed supplies. Ulfrik and three others made off after them, Mavius Tare, Stasia, and Gersemi Beradotter. On finding them in the belly of the Tether, they also found some passing patrons, and one slave trapped, Stanko, whom the patrons managed to set free. As the underhalls filled with water and floating, bloated corpses, the four took on the looters and killed them violently.
Their decapitated skulls have been left infront of the statue of the golden lion as a sign to anyone else that might try to loot.

Nov 21st - Slave Round-Up
Gypsium tipped Manky off to four escaping slaves. One was never found and is presumed dead. Three were rounded up and captured in a storage room. English appeared to assist in retrieving the culprits. One slave suffered injuries to his hands after attempting to fight back, another wisely surrendered to English after seeing the third slave killed for attacking Manky. Some injuries were suffered by Manky and English, though English had trouble expressing himself in the matter.
Slaves recovered:
1.) Maximillian (surrendered, safe)
2.) Schaden Thaludian (hands injured, safe)
3.) Stanko (dead. Needed a spatula to scrape him off the wall. Whoops.)

The gladiator Swash had heard news, albeit vague and unconfirmed, that her lover, Willheim was nearby, in the sea. It was with this frantic desperation that she called for willing volunteers to help her stage a search and rescue attempt in the surrounding waters, using a small 40-foot ship to quickly comb the area. It was with the help of these patrons that this was made possible:
Jacob Cross
Hauk
Cayne
Zelanze Balestra
Baradiel
It was their watchful eyes, their valor, and their determination that helped them find and rescue Fertiti, Alauda, Prophecy, Willheim, and Balzen. These patrons were found floating for their lives, loose in the ocean and hauled over stray boards and logs from the wrecked ships around them.
Fertiti would not have been saved if not for her desperate hooting, which alerted the crew to her. She was pulled aboard and bundled warmly.
Alauda would have been missed entirely, but the insistant body-checking of Hauk, Jacob Cross, and Cayne allowed them to see her still breathing, and she was hauled aboard.
While the men tended to those saved and Swash continued to sail the ship, Prophecy was spotted lying upon a raft, pregnant and injured. Her raft was pulled alongside the ship by Hauk, and she was quickly given water and tended to.
With growing desperation, Swash eventually spotted an unconscious and injured Willheim, who was quickly pulled aboard while the doe freaked out and tended to him.
Jacob Cross soon took over sailing the ship as they passed by Balzen, the oddness of his position and injuries catching their attention. Cayne went to investigate the gargoyle's still form. Balzen moved, just enough to let them know he was alive, and despite some suspicions on the rest of the crew's part, Cayne carefully woke Balzen back up enough to get the gargoyle mobile again.
After that, they all returned to the ruined docks, and those injured and sick were placed in the stage-turned-infirmary.

A selfless group made up of Toccata, Natalia Marino, Eyadi, Ravanie, Marco Lane, Kodachrome, Rozalia, Brigantine and Ishwar Perduchet took the time to assist the tether in procuring fresh meat for The Golden Tether.
Lead by the tether’s own Raginfrik, Ulfrik and Bryg the group boldly lured 10 sharks to the docks and speared a 5 of those sharks. The sharks are to be cooked in the gardens and served for rations, further scavenging for food will continue at a later date.

Due to the earthquake a dragon, Heimdall, managed to escape the bonds that Siena had the beast under on Maniere's estates. Due to the suffering the Domina had put the beast through, it had the taste of revenge in its mouth. The dragon landed at the campsite in the garden and proceeded to cause more destruction, destroying whatever it could in an attempt to draw the Manager out.
It worked.
With the aid of Enforcer Xana, Nighteye, Mavius Tare, and two (NPC) Guards, Simon and Morris, Siena went to the Garden to recapture Heimdall. The fight was proved to be difficult. Nighteye was armed with bow and arrows and managed to effectively poison the dragon in last ditch effort. Mavius used his bulk against the beast, narrowly avoiding being crushed under the weight of the dragon while Xana and NPC Guard Simon struggled to keep the net down. Eventually the beast was subdued and taken to the Underhall where it was chained and under constant surveillance.

November, 26th
After Rose (Gypsium) located the missing druglord Maniere, the guard Ulfrik took a large team out to find him and bring him back. It consisted of a fellowship -- err, team of eight. Ulfrik, Cygnus, Frank, Clara Hirsch, Barbus, Meem, Elliot Marlowe, and Vaali. After squeezing through, and even crawling through some tight fits and getting bitten by rats for their efforts, they made it to a fork in the road. Half of the group went one way, the other another.
Ulfrik, Barbus, Elliot and Meem went on to find Maniere and with the help of Siena who was waiting with him, they managed to lift the rock keeping him pinned and relocate the afghan.
Cygnus, Clara Hirsch, and Vaali went off in another direction and ended up locating Mashenka. After Vaali aided the guard in removing himself from a trapped situation, a massive rat and swarms of others attacked. They managed to escape safely (enough). Frank was not seen again, and outlandish tales circulate among the survivors.. Along with plaintive cries that could be heard occasionally in the underhall and the crevices within.

November 28th & November 30th - The Underhall Exploration - Slave Examination/Beautification
Note: To participate, please whisper "Tanta" in game - impromptu/last-minute additions will be made as required to fill slots. You are allowed to participate in both events if you so choose.
November 28th - The Underhall Exploration - COMPLETE!
Tanta lead a group of five down to the underhall following the receding and partial draining of the space in a last ditch effort to discover any of the lost or dead prior to a true draining. She was joined by the lovely Jessica, a transformed Lele, the djinn Jihan, the fighter Stasia and the slave Tyga.
During this time, they were attacked by a pair of creatures (Ominous and Folktale) in the two main chambers; both were detained with only minor injuries sustained by the group. The black, tentacled hound (Ominous) later fled custody, while the mermaid (Folktale) was chained and taken to the infirmary with those of the group that did not break off earlier in the expedition.
November 30th - Slave Examination/Beautification COMPLETE!
Tanta arranged to have a group of slaves chosen for their excellence (or lack there of) during the events of the End of Days moved to the garden to discuss their overall status within the Tether. Two untrained slaves, Azaroth, Gahwaji were joined with two harem slaves, Eyadi and Sugary and a range of questions and tests were posed to either group. The untrained slaves Tyga and Folktale, slaves that are already under Tanta's watch for their End of Days performances, later joined the group and entered into the activities.
The entire group was awarded two changes of fresh clothing, as well as offered an opportunity to train beneath Tanta in the coming weeks for their own advancement. After meals were provided, the slaves were dismissed to return to their respective enclosures (or what was left of them).

Raginfrik, Bryg, and Gypsium gathered the help of Clingy, Fratercula, and Chandra Winters to clean out the blockage in the sewers, allowing the Arena and surrounding areas to drain. The drain was clogged with bodies, rocks, and other sewage. Carreau Namah was there to keep Mashenka from eating the volunteers.
[Note: ICly, the water is gone but it cannot be removed from the dream visually]

Raginfrik, Ulfrik and Bryg enlisted the following patrons Jacob Cross, Naida Lelia, ZStraken Kavor, Finks, Vaali, Stasia, Cu Sith, Sareturu, to help clear the bar's wreckage with mallets, Gunpowder and two mages. The patrons split between three teams, made the clearing of the wreckage into a competition. The groups went as follows.
Raginfrik: Cu Sith Zstraken (?)
Ulfrik: Vaali, Stasia, Jacob Cross (?)
Bryg: Finks, Naida, Sareture - Naida 17 Rocks
The Clearing away of rubble did not go without some injuries. More information on who did the most work in each group will be found and once again the prize remains a brewing mystery.

The brothers Ulfrik and Raginfrik went back into the caverns on a hunting mission for the large rat. The tales of it from the last search party for missing persons was mysterious, and hardly believable, but they took a large group regardless. With Ulfrik went Xana, Brouillard, Boris, and Cygnus (the only person to have seen the rat when facing it with Vaali, Clara Hirsh, and Mashenka). With Raginfrik, Carreau, Stasia, and Cayne. Each brother took a different tunnel.
Immediately, Ulfrik's group heard strange sounds of someone seemingly injured. The cries of 'help me' spurned them deep into the tunnel, and something that sounded like their own loved ones. What followed was nothing anyone who hadn't been there would ever believe, but they all came back safe.. but with who knows what damage to their minds.
Raginfrik's group fared differently, ambushed by a group of nagas seeking to take advantage of the Golden Tether's weak point before it could recover completely. They attacked in a larger force, and beat the group into submission. Raginfrik was dragged off, with word that he would be exchanged for fifteen dead animals, whores, and the entire establishment itself. The rest of the group returned, though injured physically.
Who knows what will happen next.
