Physical Drawbacks:
Because he is a hybrid he is build more solid than a Nemateelu. Lack of hollow bones means that flight is limited to very short distances. Very small wolf. He is in no way built for combat.

Abilities are somewhat uncontrolled. His visions are painful and come at inconvenient times and his ability of fire only comes with intense emotion. His ability to shift to feral is also rather random. He also gets very shy very quickly and blushes a lot.

General Information

Character Description:
Small creature short in stature, a thin swimmer's build and a slender near feminin curve. Wild patchwork blend of black and white resembling the feathers of a white owl covers thick pelt and extends to wings, primary flight feathers tipped in ebony black along with tips of ears, tail an 'gloves' that come up to elbows, covering paws and down along belly. Thin silver chain wraps 'round neck, connecting with the chains that cover wings, piercing through and preventing flight. Stunning locks of snow colored hair cascades down shoulders and falls to midback. Loin cloth slings low on slender hips, and clings to the curve of rump the only clothing the wolf wears, leaving upper body bare and on display.

Notes:
-He is the product of a Nemateelu mother and a Kaparo father. Something not exactly tolerated in either culture.
-Arrow does not trust Kapora or Nemateelu.
-Arrow was born into slavery and wouldn't actually know what to do with himself if he was suddenly freed. He's a little afraid of the thought of being free.
-Despite his servitude to all he's a little afraid of women and if asked he prefers dragons or vampires.
-He is able to shift into a feral form and at times doesn't have control over the change. He spends as much time as a feral as he does as an Anthro.
-Arrow is horrified of heights. Which means that even without the chains on his wings, he is flightless.
-Arrow is able to become pregnant because of a dominant trait from his Nemateelu heritage.
-Arrow's blood is as addictive as heroine.

Arrow has been assigned with two hours of piano practice every morning in the lounge, accompanied by Guard Klein. He demonstrates exquisite patience, submission and manners in the presence of a kind, firm hand. When not on display in the atrium, Arrow has been assigned garden duties, laundry, and kitchen prep.

The Mistress Pellan-Mur'ss could be contacted, by sending messenger to suite twenty-one of the Tether's private rooms. Where the woman has taken up residence. If she cannot be found, those seeking out the woman for reasons connected to the slave Broken Arrow would be directed to her brother Wuyon-ace in the Tether's forge, or his private suite in the establishment twenty-three. Any complaints, concerns, or punishments when it comes to the slave should be taken up with the Lady, or her brother as the slave serves their house, and is under their rules.
