Caber Toss

"The caber toss is a traditional Scottish athletic event in which competitors toss a large tapered pole called a "caber". It is normally practiced at the Scottish Highland Games.
In Scotland the caber is usually made from a Larch tree and is typically 19 feet 6 inches (5.94 m) tall and weighs 175 pounds (79 kg).
The term "caber" derives from the Gaelic word "cabar" or "kaber" which refers to a wooden beam. The person tossing the caber is called a "tosser" or a "thrower".
It is said to have developed from the need to toss logs across narrow chasms (in order to cross them) or by lumberjacks challenging each other to a small contest."
What:
A game hosted by the Drug Lord and Merchant, Campy.
Participants will attempt to toss a 19 foot log, shaved of all it's branches and foliage, to try and flip it over.
The distance doesn't matter, as long as the log rotates and lands in the opposite direction of the thrower.
The dice system will be utilized, but no aspects will be added.

Tuesday, 21st of April, 8PM (FST)

Menu:
The drinks served by tending House Slaves will be traditional Scottish beverages.
Pale Ale, sometimes referred to as Indian Pale Ale;
An ale that had been brewed from pale malt.
Atholl Brose, Athol Brose or Athole Brose;
A Scottish drink obtained by mixing oatmeal brose, honey, whisky, and sometimes cream.
Drambuie;
A sweet, golden coloured 40% liqueur made from scotch whisky, honey, herbs and spices.
Ginger Wine;
A fortified wine made from a fermented blend of ground ginger root and raisins.
Who:
Everyone is allowed to join! All ages, genders, species and social status.
Owned slaves required permission to join, unowned slaves require good behaviour and a guard or handler escort.
There is a 5 silver fee to join or watch. Logs will be provided for participants.
