APPETIZERS

Grilled Clams
Clams coated in ginger-lemon butter.
Gator Bites
Chunks of breaded gator, fried and seasoned with cayenne pepper. Served with any choice of dipping sauce.
Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
Marinated mushroom caps filled with a mixture of crabmeat, minced onion and lemon juice. Often topped with bread crumbs.
Bacon Wrapped Dates
Four roasted dates wrapped in bacon, served with a balsamic drizzle.

Grilled Glazed Pineapple with Coconut Sorbet
Grilled pineapple slices tossed with a mixture of orange marmalade and fresh lime juice. The finishing touch is a scoop of coconut sorbet
Haupia Shortbread Bars
Shortbread bars filled with Haupia, topped with toasted coconut and chopped macadamia nuts.
Brandied Peaches
Chilled peaches tossed in lemon juice, sprinkled with sugar and brandy.

Mango-Pineapple Crab Salad
This dish is served atop lettuce leaves, the crab mixture was tossed with cubes of mango and pineapple with sliced red onion. Seasoned with chopped chives, cilantro and honey while sprinkled with black pepper.
Mango Chicken Kabobs
Marinated chicken grilled on skewers with pieces of juicy mango. Served with a mango chutney or plain.
Cabbage Lobster Rolls
Lobster wrapped in cabbage with minty mayo and a spicy carrot ginger sauce.
Shrimp Curry
Spicy shrimp served atop a bed of white rice, often garnished with mango chutney.
Kimchi Pancake
Fried savory batter containing spicy fermented cabbage, green onions and soy sauce.
Dolsot Bibimbap
Served in a hot stone bowl, a mound of white rice covered in sauteed spinach, shredded carrots, bean sprouts, kimchi and seasoned pork.
Catch of the Day
Whatever it is the fishermen sell to Evelyn that morning! She fries it up in a nice seasoned batter and serves it with a side of lemon.
