General Information
Character Description: Of the many arts and of the many disciplines. The squire tries a few. To all ends through whatever means. Plans fall through. One such art, thought to be loved, betrays the squire's knife in his back. Another arises and laughs in his face. "This you certainly can't hack." With too few to whom he can turn or speak. The squire weeps. "Whom will take me and whom will train?" The squire asks himself. "An unforgiving and an uncaring world..." A sudden noise from the shelf. Upon it sits an old fae, grinning from ear to ear. The squire tilts his head. Fae's mouth opens and in a tiny voice speaks. Of the path the squire should tread. "Sometimes it's a matter of chance, sometimes that of luck." "For you it is neither, you must stop your own buck." "For the world without value and the world without care." "Sometimes yourself you must conquer, sometimes the troubles you must bear." With a flick, clap, and squeak, the fae was gone. The squire goes to a knee. He hangs his head and, for once, honoring himself. Knight himself he will never be.
