:What:
Handler Biers and the dragon Bien, the duo also known as the Paddle Patrol, invite patrons to join in a game of roulette. Six colored boxes will be put on display, which correspond with six colored sections of a wheel. Patrons may select up to three tools, to distribute in these boxes as they please. A selection of tools will be available, but patrons are free to bring their own. For the low low price of one gold, a patron may call forth one of the attending slaves to spin the wheel (roll 1d6). The patron is allowed to punish the slave with whatever tool the wheel decides. If the wheel lands on an empty box, the patron has lost and the slave goes unpunished, and is exempt from being called forth by the same patron again. The game goes on as long as the patron is willing to pay.

:Who:
This event is for patrons, obviously. Slaves, both owned and unowned, are encouraged to volunteer as spanking tributes, as they will receive additional meals for an entire week after. If there are too few slaves present, Biers will make a round of the cages, and pick some to fill the ranks. These slaves do not receive the same meal rewards, however, so better sign up and get something out of it. Serving slaves are sought for, but they should be aware that they're not exempt from being spanked.
