A note, in Biers's handwriting, was slowly making its way through the ranks of the Tether staff, from the lowliest of cook to the high levels of management itself. Even some house slaves might have heard some rumours of what it contained.
To those whom it may concern,
After some recent ill behaviour in the cages from one slave named Slayder towards some of his fellow female captives, I am proposing to enfore a seggration of the untrained slaves by gender. Untrained females are to be kept in the cage on the left, whereas untrained males are to be kept in the cage on the right. I suggest this punishment last about a weekend, until the 3rd of July. I implore you all to help in enforcing this new rule. I would also ask that the slaves are well aware that this is because of Slayder's behaviour. A little pressure from his peers will do him good, I think.
