Physical Appearance

Body Type: Anya is very petite, standing at a mere 5'0" and a flyweight 90 pounds due to having hollow bones. Her figure is a delicate, downplayed hourglass with long, downy limbs, small breasts - a modest B - trim waist, and gently rounded hips, her gait bearing the telltale graceful hallmarks not only of her species, but of one who was once a dancer.

Physical Details: Hair - Cool umber, laced through with mahogany and bright copper. Well-kept, glossy and thick, it falls in a tumble of dark curls that reach her backside; if straightened, it would easily reach to the middle of her thighs.

Eyes - Long-lashed and highly expressive, they are a bright shade of aquamarine with a ring of brilliant gold around the pupils.

Makeup - Minor enhancement to the corners of her eyes in black. Her mouth is naturally a soft pink.

Skin - Lily-white; striking and pale as fine marble, similarly cool to the touch. Her finger and toenails are white, and her ears are pointed, black-feathered, and kept hidden beneath her hair.

Wings - Made up mostly by inky pinions with contrastingly pearly primary feathers, they are powerful and by far the strongest parts of the swan's body, boasting a twelve-foot span when fully opened.

Scent - Heliotrope, with undertones of lilac and gardenia.

Physical Markings: A crescent brand with a script 'M' on the crest on the curve of her left hip. Thin scars about wrists and ankles from past injury; they can be felt, but are difficult to see.

Physical Drawbacks: She is frail and stands at a distinct disadvantage to most creatures when it comes to size and strength. Her outdoor night vision is very poor; if there is no source of light, she is practically blinded.

Appealing Attributes and Attraction: Remarkably pretty. Rare species. Modest and intelligent. Obedient. Fast learner. Resilient.

Clothing: At the will of her owner, Anya's wardrobe consists largely of gauzy, backless dresses in monochromatic and rich cool shades, cut for ease of motion with her wings rather than to showcase her body. She also wears a pair of black pearl earrings, and a treasured lace choker with a deep crimson gem to reflect her Master's colors.

Behavior

Feral or Cultured: Quite cultured.

Phobias:
Lupophobia - The fear of wolves, both feral and lycanthropic. They are tolerable in their human forms. Near the full moon the phobia grows to a near-crippling level and it is not unheard of for the swan to lock herself away for the duration of the high lunar phase. Anthropomorphic wolves are met with a level of hesitation, but generally she can cope with their presence.

How do they present themselves: Unfailingly polite and even tempered, if a bit reserved. Familiarity brings out a much warmer, charming side of her personality.

Feelings towards being owned/rented: Accepting. Anya is content with her place in the world and will deny any wishes to be free.

Overall Attitude:
Reserved, demure and a little skittish, but extremely obedient nevertheless and internally hungry for approval. Tempered harshly by her experiences, Anya's girlish appearance conceals a core of steel and a quick mind, granting her a lasting resilience and resolve; she will not break in the face of a storm, but bend. In the public eye she is an enigmatic creature of ghostly smiles and passing glances, a master at donning a practiced mask - the reputation of her owner is her first priority, and she behaves with this always in mind. Despite her disposition, she is jaded by emotional attachment, often holding others at a safe arm's length; thus, it is not at all uncommon for patron and friend alike to know precious little about her. When truly at ease she becomes playful, her expressions come easily and she is far more apt to displaying the intelligence and sharp wit she keeps under wraps.

Quirks: Anya always walks on her toes - if this is an avian quality or a learned habit is unknown. She will automatically revert to her native tongue if distressed or frightened. Curiously vulnerable to certain high and low pitches.

Hobbies/Interests: Reading, swimming, creating jewelry from/collecting sea glass, making quills (from her own feathers), talking to birds.

High or Low Maintenance: Medium-High. While Anya can easily take care of herself when given the correct resources, her wings require daily maintenance to stay in working order. As they aren't clipped, she also needs time and space to fly - it is her only viable form of exercise and prevents the muscles from succumbing to atrophy.

Diet/Allergies: Pescatarian. She prefers her fish and seafood raw, though she'll eat it however it's placed in front of her.

- Violin and cello, both playing and teaching. She is more skilled with the violin, but it is only made apparent when performing more complex, advanced pieces.

- Ballet. Tutored until her late teens, though this skill has fallen into neglect and is rarely seen in public.

What are you looking for in a slave/slaver Roleplay: I'd like Anya pushed to her limits and made to overcome them - character growth is the name of the game. I'm not looking for happily-ever-after sorts, or anyone looking to free her. I'd also like her to learn more of what it really is to serve and expand her skills. She's well-behaved but still has a lot to learn.

What are your allowances for your character: Don't kill her. Don't mutilate her. Anything else I'm pretty okay with, so if you're unsure, just ask me.

Long Term/Short Term: RP is RP. Long term is fun, but so is short term.


General Information

Character Description: Her supple flesh was ivory like sun bleached bone, from a land where the sun was at its most oppressive yet remained untouched by its fury. The chestnut whorls of her hair seemed to have been made straight out of a Grecian painting, vibrantly alive with rich, vivid color and volume. Her eyes, however, seemed to speak more than any verbal command could; a deep sea blue, ringed with a distinct halcyon shade. A gentle, delicate thing most would assume, with sharp wit and a tendency to surprise when most expected a fragile and demure girl. As every bird had its cage, so too did she find herself caught and made to sing for her master, songs of her destiny, and resignation of her station in life. A slave to the whims of the moon, but a servant to the powers of the solar entity.
