Wet T-shirt Contest

A notice has been pinned to the bulletin board. It reads:

Some Summer fun during the dreary days of Winter.

An event for all genders and sexual persuasions to enjoy; a good old fashioned wet t-shirt contest! Ladies, do you think you have the best cans in all of Guildereim? Here's your change to prove it! Get your baps soaked and show of those spectacular mounds and curves. But beware, try and not make a tit out of yourself and keep it classy.
The event will consist of the lovely ladies getting soaked and being rated by our esteemed panel of judges. Then, they will be challenged to pick up a full mug of ale and bring it to a judge of their choice; the less you spill, the more points* you earn!

ALL attendees, participants, judges and the audience, will be treated to half priced drinks throughout the event. What a steal!

*Spillage will be based on a percentage dice roll out of 100

For third place a satchel of ten gold will be given along with a free slave rental for an evening, for second place a satchel of fifty gold will be given as well as a free slave rental and half priced drinks for the rest of evening even after the event ends, and for lucky first place one hundred gold, a free slave rental, half priced drinks for the rest of the evening and a mystical Bra of Enchantment will be given. Lords and Ladies, we are looking for some magnificent volunteers to become judges and fill out the panel.
Please address all concerns and interest to the Entertainer Maximillian, our benevolent host for the evening.

(Feel free to whisper me on Maximillian or leave a reply here if you're interested in judging or having your character participate! There is no foreseeable limit to attendants, but if more than two people want to fill the roll as judge it will be based on a random dice roll.)

Who:
This event is open to everyone; patrons, owned slaves and well behaved unowned slaves.
Unowned slaves will have to be sponsored as the prizes will not go directly to a slave.
Only patrons can apply to be a judge.
Only people with breasts can apply to participate.
