How to Play
So, how does this work? Instructions for the savvy firewalker.
Each round, the competitors will roll 1d40 for progress across the coals (or nails). When a character reaches 80, they have finished the firewalk - thus, the first character to reach 80 wins. However, each character will also roll 1d30 each round for damage sustained. If a character reaches 60 in terms of damage before they're able to reach 80 for progress across the track, they have reached the point whereby they can no longer move forward, and must stop competing. Players may decide what it means for them, that their character can no longer compete.
Notes & Rules
All general Tether rules apply.
- Cheating will result in removal from the competition.
- If your character is immune to fire and piercing damage, this might not be the game for you.
- Masochists are more than welcome to participate, so long as they are capable of "hitting the wall" in some manner or another.
- Slaves must receive permission from their owners or Tether staff(if unowned) to compete in the firewalk.
