It is not yet time for the fairy migration. Although it seems as though something has gone wrong! Horribly, horriblement, hrozne wrong....
A strange magic has been cast upon the island, and many of Guildereim's residents have been inflicted with a strange language issue. For the majority of the day, they will only be able to understand, speak, read and write in one language only. What that language is though.. It seems entirely random!
Players are encouraged to choose a random language that their character is confined to speaking and understanding for the day. Not everyone will find themselves succumbing to this magic though.
It seems as though the Tether staff have all been served their termination notices, what with Guildereim and the Tether shutting down. And the rumour is that a few rather spiteful Tether mages have banded together to cast this magic in an act of revenge. However they are not entirely cruel mages, and the rumour is that the effects are only predicted to last until evening.
Ooc note: Please be aware that this is meant to be a fun and whimsical event. The majority of people who have chosen a language for their characters do not actually speak that language. (Unless common/english is the chosen language). Most players will be relying entirely on translating software and sites. Which means that language accuracy will not be guaranteed in the slightest. All players should acknowledge and understand this fact, and hold off on correcting grammar or language inaccuracies, or take offense to a language being typed/spoken incorrectly.
