Physical Appearance
Body Type: Muscular. Aldarian presents a build that is made for combat; muscle coated every bit of his body, corded tightly around a broad-shouldered and broad-chested physique. It is not the bulk one would gain from the menial labor of working a forge, but one gained from constant use of the entirety of one’s body.
Physical Details: Aldarian’s face is one chiseled from stone, a thick, strong neck flowing into a blocky, cleft chin. This gives way to hard cheeks connecting to high, broad cheekbones, to either side of a broad nose and hard line of a mouth. His skin is sun-kissed, yet of the sort found among those that often find their sun in the cold.
His hair is kept long, locks the color of mahogany hanging to just between his shoulder blades, and with volume enough to be considered just short of thick. This is matched by his beard, normally kept neatly trimmed to cover his chin and frame his mouth to every side. More recently, his hair has been woven together into a five- strand braid, the end secured with what appeared to be teal thread.
Perhaps the most striking feature, however, are those eyes of his. Where the entirety of him seems entirely human, these eyes are distinctly something else. The irises themselves are an impossible shade of silver, and can be seen to give off a soft glow of their own in low light. Hard as daggers, his gaze is piercing, to say the least.
Physical Markings: His skin is littered with scars, but the most prominent marking is a large branding on the entirety of his back, though it is too precise and clean to be made by scarring brought about by any physical or magical implement. The brand is that of a perfectly detailed twelve-point sun burst, a cross-hilted sword point-down at its middle. Each point of the sunburst is marked with a smaller, four-pointed sunburst, each with its own symbol. These symbols are as follows:

- A crossed shepard’s crook and willow lash,
- A galloping horse
- An upraised and closed gauntlet

Similar four-point sunbursts detail various points of his body, particularly on his arms, legs, the backs of his hands and his palms, as well as one at the very center of his chest, just below his neck.
Physical Drawbacks: Few, if any. He is in excellent health.

Appealing Attributes: In terms of physicality, he is a prime example of the human species. His silver eyes are also a rare, exotic quality.
Clothing: Recently, he's been provided with some new clothes, doing away with the threadbare linens. He now wears a pair of solid, hard-soled leather boots, with black cotton trousers tucked in to them, the trousers secured with a simple clasping belt. He also wears a loose, thin linen shirt with dipping neckline to expose the middle of his chest down to his abdominals, something that would easily keep the heat from becoming too much for one born to colder climates, as well as making the markings on his back clear when pressed against his skin. The rest of the shirt is tucked in.
Other Items: He was found with several very valuable-looking possessions, and quickly stripped of them. They are virtually impossible to melt down or destroy due to strong enchantments. They have since come back into his possession with his purchase by Kira. These include:
Reckoning: A longsword found on his person at the time of his capture. It is of masterful design, with a hand-and-a-half hilt designed for ease of use with either one or two hands. The pommel is heavy, balancing out the blade. The guard is a cross formation, shaped into the visage of some type of roaring wildcat. The blade itself is no shorter than 120cm from a glance, featuring a double-fuller lenticular shape until the final third of the blade, where it gives way to a hexagonal shape, and finally a diamond shape where it tapers to the tip. Runes are engraved along the edges of the blade and in both fullers on either side, but these remain dormant, seemingly for decoration without compromising the integrity.
Benediction: A compliment to Reckoning, this kite shield is of an equally masterful design. Emblazoned on its front is a crest, a golden falcon with wings outstretched, the edges bordered with a solid golden line, leaving the rest the same gleaming shade of steel. On the other side, it was large enough to cover the entirety of his forearm and elbow, with a grip and a strap meant to secure it to his arm. Alone the shield weighs an incredible amount, requiring two average men to lift it comfortably. Like the sword, its edges are also engraved with runes of some sort.
Absolution: A weapon made more recently than Aldar's standard sword and shield, Absolution is a massive beast of metal. This square-headed great maul looks to weigh enough to crack stone with a single swing, yet elegant enough to inspire respect simply by being carried. Sitting atop a 120 centimeter, rune engraved haft of steel and gold inlay, the hammer's head itself is masterfully crafted. 40 centimeters long, 15 centimeters wide and 20 high, the side of the steel hammerhead was emblazoned with a twelve-pointed sunburst, the symbol of Anri, and engraved with similar runes to those of Reckoning and Benediction.
Providence: A large suit of armor, seeming the final part of the set to go with the shield and sword. The hardened plates overlap in such a way as to leave as little unprotected as possible, with elegant ridges on the pauldrons furthering its protection still. It seemed designed to fit him like a glove, with as little excess bulk as possible. Once again, each plate was engraved with the same runes as the sword and shield, hinting at far more than simple decoration. Perhaps the strangest part, however, is that the armor is decorated with sunbursts exactly matching those that mark Aldarian’s flesh, though these are of gleaming gold ornament.
A final complimentary piece to the armor is a long cape, stark white and detailed in golden floral patterns on the borders, and emblazoned with the same twelve-point sunburst as his armor and flesh.
Prayer Chain: A necklace made of strangely solid gold and pure silvers. It features a large central amulet, and six smaller ones to either side, totaling thirteen. The symbols upon them match the sunburst branding on his back.
Behavior
Feral or Cultured: Highly cultured.
Phobias: Mild form of rhabdophobia, or the fear of magic. He masks this fairly well, until magic is being used very close to him.
Disorders: Prone to bouts of zealous rage if his beliefs are questioned or insulted.
How do they present themselves: Normally calm, calculating, self-assured and authoritative.
Feelings towards being owned / rented: His attitude is slowly changing on this due to Kira's influence. He has come to understand that not all that would have him for rental are necessarily blasphemous or corrupt.
Overall Attitude: Aldarian is willful, strong-hearted, and passionate in his beliefs. A strong faith is instilled in every bit of his being, granting him an incredible amount of fortitude and self-assuredness. Still, he is not one to be actively rude to those that he believes is undeserving of it. He presents himself as intelligent, cultured, and eloquent. As a soldier, his mind is sharp

What are you looking for in a slave / slaver Roleplay: I am not sure, and to that end, I am fairly open. One cannot always determine what will be their fate, after all. I would like to see his combat abilities put to use in the Arena, so a character that might be able to introduce him to the process would be welcomed. If or when that comes about, I will put up aspects for the Arena.

Character Description: Bound by the darkness, still he walks in the Light. His faith is his armor, his will the blade that rends away despair brought on by the chains that bind his body. A stranger in a strange world, he percieves all he sees with eyes silver as perverse, damned, and forsaken. Yet still he perseveres, 'till his Lord sees his faith is true, and his trails are complete.
