Welcome to the dream. It's usually super populated here, so you might be in an old version of the map, if there isn't anyone around. You can type `join tgt to be summoned into the dream. Once you're in the dream, you can type *ooc to get to the ooc room. There's always lots of people to talk to ! Everywhere else in the dream is roleplaying areas that you can explore.
