General Information
Character Description: > A wingless dragon bound in black chains. The links would flow into the pale flesh where a thick hide had grown over the creature's body after scales had been carved away. While littered with the scars, the largest mark would be a seam running down the underside of the dragon from past disembowelment, opening slightly to show rather teeth or tendrils on occasion.
