-Looks elven from waist up, though edges of ears have a slight frilled look to them
-Black skin
-Patches of azure blue scales that shimmer like gems upon shoulders and sides and lower back
-Long, deep cerulean blue hair ends just passed rounded rear end, is bound in two places(think Jasmine's hair from Aladdin), has two strands of seaweed intermixed with her hair.
-From waist down, her legs are equine shaped and instead of feet, she has hooves
-Equine tail
Kelpie form:
-Black horse when above water, about the size of a Friesian
-Black horse upper half and azure blue mertail when below water
-Light feathering around hooves
-Mane and tail are same color as normal form, though will look wet
-IF touched in this form, her skin becomes a bit sticky. She CAN be brushed in this form without the brush sticking.
-When in this form, she well NEVER take a person into the water to drown them, only take them for a ride, remains a beautiful horse
Mermaid form:
-Upper half is same as normal form
-Mertail is same color as scales
Physical Markings: None
Physical Drawbacks: When in kelpie form, her body turns slightly sticky, so winds up with things stuck to her. It's easy to remove them though, just pull and peel.

No, I don't mind if sex happens, but it needs to be plot driven and not every single role play or happen right away. I would like her to find a good owner who will also not push her into luring people to their doom/death

Six foot tall Elvenesque beauty with skin black as a raven's wing, with patches of azure blue scales that shimmer like gems upon shoulders and sides. Alluringly sweet smile often graces her deep cerulean colored lips. Bound in two places by pearl bands, deep cerulean blue hair cascades down her back, ending just passed rounded rear end. One could easily see equine tail flicking softly behind her. What is she? ...won't you come and sing for me? Beauty to rival a goddess, dressed in a Grecian style dress of violet blue top, though midrif left slightly visible while the near floor length skirt of azure blue and pink covers lower half, leaving her black hooves visible. Midnight enchantress of sweet song... A nightengale of the waters, one could wonder how she ended up in such a predicament. Eyes of deep sea blue flecked with light blue seem to hold a quiet secret, voiced to only those she trusts.
