Instead of the usual yellow and brown hues that dominant his species' pelt, Kabil has been twinged with the genetic mutation of albinism. He is instead an assemblage of whites and pastel pink blush. His eyes are the traditional albino pink. He has a four inch long tongue, which is forked at the tip.

In a manner, yes. Kabil exudes an ethereal aura around himself, which is not by his own control, which has often been described as calming and pacifying. People who spend extended time in his company will often find themselves becoming unusually relaxed, similar to the affects opium has on the body.
Talents / Skills:
Hypnotism. Kabil has the ability to hypnotise, which is likely an ability birthed from his species in order to capture prey. To trap someone, he must stare at the target for a prolonged length of time; because of this, he has been forbidden from making too much eye contact.
Playing the harp. He has his own small harp which he has called Kṣudra maṇi (ক্ষুদ্র মণি), which means Little Jewel. He is quite protective of it.
Dancing. Kabil's style of dance is quite unique in that it is very slow, but still very sensual. It seems to embody the manner in which the python holds himself.
